Ni partier vil åbne forsvarsforhandlingerne med nye finansieringsforslag
Partierne SF, DD, LA, KF, EL, RV, ALT, DF og NB opfordrer regeringen til at åbne for adgangen til forsvarsforhandlingerne og søge bredest mulig opbakning til det kommende forsvarsforlig, herunder finansieringen. Partierne præsenterer derfor i dag nye forslag til finansiering.
Vi står midt i en historisk sikkerhedspolitisk krise, hvor der er brug for så stor og bred opbakning til det danske forsvar som overhovedet muligt.
Derfor gentager SF, DD, LA, KF, EL, RV, ALT, DF og NB i dag opfordringen til regeringen om at droppe afskaffelsen af en helligdag som ultimativ adgangsbillet til forsvarsforhandlingerne.
Det er urimeligt at stille en samlet forligskreds overfor én eneste mulig finansiering, før der er indkaldt til forhandlingerne.
På den baggrund foreslår de ni partier nu andre finansieringsmuligheder med ønsket om, at regeringen åbner for adgangen til de kommende forsvarsforhandlinger.
De foreslåede finansieringer er varige og består af tre elementer: At prioritere 1,25 mia. kr. yderligere fra prioritering af offentlige investeringer på baggrund af saldoforbedringer1, at prioritere 1 mia. kr. fra Aftale om Vinterhjælp2, der er overfinansieret, og at finde yderligere 0,75 mia. kr. i sanering af erhvervsstøtten i forhold til målet i regeringsgrundlaget.
Partierne anviser med de konkrete forslag, krone for krone, alternativer til regeringens krav til finansiering af det kommende forsvarsforlig.
Partierne ønsker med finansieringsforslagene at åbne for adgangen til forsvarsforhandlingerne og sikre, at en bredest mulig kreds af partier inviteres til forhandlingerne om det kommende forsvarsforlig.
Ikke alle partier bag denne melding bakker op om en fremrykning og stigning i forsvarsudgifterne, men alle partier finder det nødvendigt at stå sammen og sige fra overfor regeringens ultimative adgangskrav til forhandlingerne.
